Travel information

You should have booked your conference registration [6], hotel registration [7] and airline tickets by now. The two last details are probably the tourist visa [8], and transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Citizens of the United States [9] and Canada [10] are exempted from visas, but require a passport. Citizens of other countries should refer to their local Consulate General of Mexico [11].

For your convenience and safety, you can pre-arrange a shuttle [12] from the Cancun airport to your hotel, by faxing or e-mailing a form to American Express [13].

As an additional service, tours in and around Cancun are available. American Express representatives will give a short talk on the options they offer, at the Westin on July 1 (time to be announced).

Questions? Comments?

For posterity, the preliminary program [14], the official conference announcement [15], general call for papers [16], calls for papers by Special Integration Groups [17], abstracts submission guidelines [18], paper style guidelines [19], and Vickers Award [20] information have been preserved on this web site.
